Sunrise Anger Groups meet on a regular weekly basis. Typically a standard course runs for 10 weeks, but can be adjusted to more sessions for those who need up to 52 weeks. Call us for available class times. After the initial assessment, you may join at any time—the groups are open-ended, and you'll gain effective tools to help control your anger with each session you attend.

Our program follows the Century Anger Management model, which is considered one of the most comprehensive programs available. At the first session, you'll purchase your Anger Management Workbook. The workbook exercises are to be completed during the group meetings and at home. The workbooks focus on improving relationships, team building, increasing interpersonal skills and reinforce the information presented during each session. Individual CounselingWe also offer individual counseling sessions for those wanting or needing more personalized help with their anger or other issues in their life.
